Kevin W. Smith, Interim Executive Director - Kevin serves as a key communication link between the national association and NPDA state chapters throughout the United States. He serves as staff liaison to the NPDA Chapter Leadership and Chapter workgroups. Kevin previously served as a Regional Director for Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity where he worked with chapters, members and volunteers in the Midwest region. Kevin graduated from Franklin College 2003 with a degree in advertising and public relations. Jill K. Taxter, Membership Services Director - Jill has been with the National Private Duty Association since February 2004. She assists with communications and meeting planning for the annual Leadership Conference. She also serves as staff liaison to the NPDA Board of Directors and the Conference Committee. Jill manages the newly created teleconference educational series that began in 2005. Jill has previous experience with other trade associations serving as both an Education Director and Membership Services Support. Over the past 12 year she has worked for the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater New York, American Society of Civil Engineers, Professional Insurance Agents of Indiana and the Society of Broadcast Engineers.
