Kim B. Stoneking: Executive Director
As the association’s CEO, Kim manages the day-to-day operations of the headquarters, oversees all operations and services of the NPDA and works with the staff in the implementation of the action plans established by the board of directors.  Prior to joining NPDA, Kim served for over 24 years as the Executive Director of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors-Indiana as well as 5 other professional associations, and he has over 20 years of experience as a Registered Lobbyist to the Indiana General Assembly.   Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University, he is a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management and he earned his Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 1990.

Kevin W. Smith:  Chapter Liaison
Kevin serves as a key communication link between the national association and NPDA state chapters throughout the United States. Kevin is instrumental in the development of new chapters and ensuring the infrastructure of formed chapters remains solid.  Kevin also serves as a Staff Liaison for the NPDA Legislative Committee, Chapter Leadership and Chapter workgroups. Kevin joined the NPDA staff in July 2007.  Previously, Kevin served as a Regional Director for Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity where he worked with chapters, members and volunteers in the Midwest region. Kevin graduated from Franklin College 2003 with a degree in advertising and public relations.

Lori Rebuck: Membership Services Manager
Lori is responsible for member benefits, teleconference programs, dues billing, and membership database management. She also serves as the main point of contact and coordination of the annual leadership conference. Prior to joining the NPDA, Lori was employed by various local and state chapters of the REALTOR® organization; serving as Director of Education, Director of Customer Service, and Membership Database Administrator. Most recently she served as Member Services Manager for the Student and Youth Travel Association. Lori has a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University and joined the NPDA in 2009.
