Kevin W. Smith:  Interim Executive Director Kevin serves as a key communication link between the national association and NPDA state chapters throughout the United States. Kevin is instrumental in the development of new chapters and ensuring the infrastructure of formed chapters remains solid.  Kevin also serves as a Staff Liaison for the NPDA Legislative Committee, Chapter Leadership and Chapter workgroups. Kevin joined the NPDA staff in July 2007.  Previously, Kevin served as a Regional Director for Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity where he worked with chapters, members and volunteers in the Midwest region. Kevin graduated from Franklin College 2003 with a degree in advertising and public relations.

Marla Hatchel: Programs Manager Joining the staff of NPDA in April 2011, Marla works in the Member Services area primarily handling dues billing and database management, and considers it a privilege to support and promote the NPDA. During her career as an administrative professional, Marla has enjoyed many diverse opportunities to work and serve others. On her days off, Marla enjoys being involved within the community and spending time with family…especially grandchildren.
